Coping Centre
The Coping Centre offers a peaceful place for support, understanding, compassion and encouragement in the uniqueness of one's grief journey.
We offer closed group support programs for the whole family each spring and fall (run for 8-10 weeks) including groups for adults, young adults, teens and children (5-12)
