Telecheck Program For Seniors
The TeleCheck Program for Seniors focuses on servicing individuals aged over 55 residing in the Central West LHIN (which includes Dufferin County). We offer emotional support, regular safety check-ins, and medication reminders. By providing companionship, we help clients cope with feelings of isolation and contribute to their sense of community. Registration is easy, and clients can self-refer or be referred by a loved one or support professional.
